NOTICE OF PUBLICATION TO PROBATE WILL

TO: THE HEIRS OF WALDTRAUT LEE; ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, MENTALLY INCOMPETENT HEIRS OF WALDTRAUT LEE; AND TO ALL OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES.
You will hereby take notice that on the 14th day of October, 2026, ANGELA LEE HALL produced to the Court a Petition for Probate of Lost Will on the Estate of Waldtraut Lee, Deceased.
You are notified to be and appear before me, at my office in the Tallapoosa County Courthouse, 125 North Broadnax, Dadeville, AL 36853, at 10:30 a.m. on the 24th day of November, 2026, and from time to time as may be continued or extended as the matter may require, when the Petition will be considered, and show, if anything you have to allege, why said paper writing should not be admitted to Probate and Record as the true Last Will & Testament of said Decedent, Waldtraut Lee. Unless a written objection is filed with this Court within thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication of this notice, the Court will proceed to hear and consider the Petition.
