Publication Notice to Creditors of Appointment

Take notice that on the 6th day of October 2026, Letters of Administration were granted for the ESTATE OF STEPHEN FRANCIS O’NEAL, deceased, by the Probate Court of Tallapoosa County. Any person or entity having claims against the ESTATE OF STEPHEN FRANCIS O’NEAL must present them with a proof of claim filed in the Probate Court of Tallapoosa County within six months of the date the Letters of Administration were granted, else they will be forever time barred in accordance with Alabama Code (1975) §43-2-350.
