The Tallapoosa Commission voted on September 14, 2026 to vacate approximately 0.14 acres of undeveloped public right of way located in T21N, R22E off of Cedar Point Road directly adjacent to lots 9-13 of Lake Martin Villas Subdivision located in Plat Book 4, page 67, Tallapoosa County, AL. The property is being sold to adjacent property owners at appraised value.
