PUBLIC NOTICE
The Tallapoosa County Commission will hold a public hearing on August 25, 2026 at 8:00 AM at the Tallapoosa County Courthouse in Dadeville, AL to discuss the vacation of approximately 0.14 acres of undeveloped public right of way located in T21N, R21E off of Cedar Point Road directly adjacent to lots 9-13 of Lake Martin Villas Subdivision located in Plat Book 4, page 67, Tallapoosa County, AL. The property is to be sold to adjacent property owners at appraised value. Any persons or groups interested in voicing concerns, for or against, should appear in person or send comments to Mr. Joseph Moncrief, County Engineer, 20121 Hwy 280, Dadeville, AL 36853.
