IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY, ALABAMA

ORDER
THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon the Motion for Service by Publication and Affidavit filed by the Wife.
Upon consideration thereof, it is hereby, ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the Motion for Service by Publication is hereby held in abeyance.
2. That the Petitioner must file with the Court the name of the Newspaper of General circulation in the state and county of the defendant’s last know location or residence within the United State, together with the dates of publication.
3. That a copy of this Order be transmitted to the Parties and/or counsel.
