PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice of Completion: SOUTHERN STATES UTILITY, LLC. hereby gives notice of completion of contract with the city of Alexander City, AL on Dadeville Rd. Sub feeder construction and has made a request for final settlement of said contract. This project consisted of overhead and underground utility construction and electrical distribution. This notice will appear for four consecutive weeks beginning on May 13, 2026, and ending June 10, 2026. All claims should be billed at SOUTHERN STATES UTILITY, 1626 Rifle Range Rd. Wetumpka, AL 36093.
