PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with Section 39-1-1, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that Rast Construction, Inc., Contractor, has completed the Contract for the Trussell Road Clean Up and Restoration project for the city of Alexander City, AL and have made request for final settlement as provided by the Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify The Alexander City Water Department located at 77 Russell Rd Alexander City, AL 35010.
