NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
TALLAPOOSA COUNTY
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Michael A. Taylor and Wendy E. Taylor, husband and wife as joint tenants, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB, its successors and assigns, on November 12, 2008, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Tallapoosa County, Alabama, Instrument Number 247177; the undersigned U.S. Bank Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Owner Trustee for VRMTG Asset Trust, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Tallapoosa County, Alabama, on May 28, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Tallapoosa County, Alabama, to-wit:
