FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Charles Stanton Sullivan, Jr. on the 16th day of September of 2013, to First South Farm Credit, ACA, which said mortgage is recorded in the Probate Office of Tallapoosa County, Alabama, on Card #285779, and recorded in the Probate Office of Chambers County, Alabama, in Book 2013 at Page 3667, as well as the Mortgage Extension Agreement recorded in the Probate Office of Tallapoosa County, Alabama, on #335606, and recorded in the Probate Office of Chambers County, Alabama, in Book 2019 at Page 4985; and by reason of such default, having declared all of the indebtedness secured by said mortgage due and payable, and such default continuing, notice is hereby given that, acting under the power of sale contained in said mortgage, First South Farm Credit, ACA will sell at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door, in the City of Dadeville, Tallapoosa County, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on the 23rd day of April, 2026, the following described real estate situated in Tallapoosa County, Alabama, and Chambers County, Alabama, to-wit:
