PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF COMPLETION
In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama 1975, notice is hereby given that Mitchell’s Contracting Service, Inc., of Catherine, Alabama, has completed the contract for construction of Town of New Site Walking Trail, RTP Project No. 24-RT-54-04 for the Town of New Site, Tallapoosa County, Alabama. Owner, and has made a request for the final settlement for said contract. All persons having made any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Sentell Engineering, Inc., 839 Black Bears Way, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
