MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated August 6, 2024 executed by Tiyonna Aaliyah Johnson, a single person, in favor of Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., said Mortgage being recorded August 15, 2024, in Doc. #382851, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Tallapoosa County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Tallapoosa County, Dadeville Alabama on 05/14/2026, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Tallapoosa County, Alabama, to-wit:

If the highest bidder is an entity, such as an LLC, corporation, partnership, or trust, federal FinCEN rules require the purchaser to provide ownership information to the attorney handling the sale. This includes the entity’s details and its beneficial owners. Entity purchasers will have 7 days to provide a fully completed FinCen form providing the required information. The deed will not be delivered to the purchaser until a fully completed FinCen form is received. These requirements do not apply to individual bidders.
