NOTICE TO HEIRS AND NEXT OF KIN OF TOMMIE LEE GATES

To: The heirs and next of kin of Tommie Lee Gates whose whereabouts are unknown and which cannot be ascertained after the exercise of reasonable diligence.
You are hereby notified that on the 27 day of February, 2026, a certain paper in writing purported to be the Last Will and Testament of Tommie Lee Gates was filed in the Probate Court of Tallapoosa County, Alabama, by Jewell Brooks Russell.
All persons having an interest in the estate of Tommie Lee Gates are hereby notified that on the 21 day of April, 2026, at 10 o’clock a.m., a hearing will be held in the office of the Judge of Probate in the Tallapoosa County Courthouse located at 125 North Broadnax, Room 126, in Dadeville, Alabama, to determine whether to admit to probate that certain paper in writing purported to be the Last Will and Testament of Tomie Lee Gates. If you claim an interest in said estate, you should appear at the hearing.
